Mindy has more than 30 years of industrial brokerage experience and specializes in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, investment sales, land development and portfolio strategy. Her completed transactions exceed $10 billion in total consideration.
Kim brings more than 25 years of Tri-State commercial real estate experience. Based in Morristown, she focuses on leasing, business development and corporate real estate strategy and has held leadership roles with NAIOP NJ and CREW NJ.
Jackie provides investment sales and advisory expertise across office, industrial, retail, residential, mixed-use and land assets. She joined Colliers in 2013 and has repeatedly ranked among the firm's top producers.
Aileen advises developers, property owners and investors on redevelopment, land use and zoning across New Jersey. Her experience spans project approvals, redevelopment and PILOT agreements, eminent domain and litigation, helping clients navigate complex legal and regulatory challenges throughout the development process.
Mildred brings more than 31 years of experience in project and program management, design and construction. As President and CEO of M To-Pros Development, she leads complex public- and private-sector assignments, with expertise in owner's representation, construction management, budgeting, scheduling and project delivery across active facilities.
Caroline has served since 2007 as Chief of Staff to the Mayor of Woodbridge Township and Executive Director of the Woodbridge Redevelopment Agency. She has led award-winning sustainability, brownfield remediation and redevelopment initiatives, including Avenel Arts Village, transit-oriented development and major industrial, commercial and community projects.
Ron is Vivmark's lead executive for New Jersey and oversees residential and mixed-use development throughout the state. He also chairs the Rutgers Center for Real Estate Executive Committee and teaches real estate law and development.
