Mindy has more than 30 years of industrial brokerage experience and specializes in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, investment sales, land development and portfolio strategy. Her completed transactions exceed $10 billion in total consideration.
Kim brings more than 25 years of Tri-State commercial real estate experience. Based in Morristown, she focuses on leasing, business development and corporate real estate strategy and has held leadership roles with NAIOP NJ and CREW NJ.
Jackie provides investment sales and advisory expertise across office, industrial, retail, residential, mixed-use and land assets. She joined Colliers in 2013 and has repeatedly ranked among the firm's top producers.
Ron is AvalonBay's lead executive for New Jersey and oversees residential and mixed-use development throughout the state. He also chairs the Rutgers Center for Real Estate Executive Committee and teaches real estate law and development.
